Are you an experienced Sales Manager ready for a new challenge? Al Futtaim Toyota is looking for a dynamic individual to join our team in Sharjah. As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading our sales operations and driving success in our designated portfolio.
Duties And Responsibilities:
- Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues.
- Set individual sales targets with sales team.
- Delegate responsibility for customer accounts to sales personnel.
- Co-ordinate sales action plans for individual salespeople.
- Monitor the activities and performance of the sales team.
- Ensure sales team have the necessary resources to perform properly & consistently.
- Liaise with supporting functionalities to ensure achievement of sales objectives.
- Evaluate performance of sales staff.
- Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales revenue.
- Analyse data to identify sales opportunities.
- Cultivate effective business relationships with executive decision makers in key accounts.
- Manage & control debtor & stock days within budget days.
Required skills to be successful
To be successful to be hired on this job, Al Futtaim Private Company LLC needs the following qualifications and experience;
- Minimum 3 years of Sales Manager experience in the automotive
- Experienced in managing the sales operations on a day-to-day basis
- Experienced in managing a team
- Excellent MS Office skills and SAP knowledge is an added advantage
