We are hiring for Mortgage Officer for our client, our client is a top-tier international bank based in the DIFC. Therefore, this job is suitable for those interested working in Dubai, United Arab Emirates 

Duties and Responsibilities

• Monitoring and supporting the administration of Property Finance/ Mortgage applications from offer through to draw-down and post completion servicing (i.e. from offer through to draw-down and then life-cycle of the facility).
• Back-office administration where tasks are not supported through automation or work flow or where there is real value add in a personal contact.
• Document checking and validation to ensure recorded data is substantiated and legal documents perfected correctly
• Liaising with customers, brokers, valuers, and legal partners alongside internal stakeholders (Underwriting, for example)

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-4 years' experienced mortgage completions officer (preference to have covered UK Property)
• Fluent English, Arabic preferred
• Must have up to date knowledge of the regulatory environment in the UK
• CeMAP preferred
• Strong communication skills
• High professional standards
• A strong commitment to customer service
• Ability to manage conflicting and demanding clients and priorities
• Excellent attention to detail
