Street Executive Officers
Kondoa District Council is hiring for 6 Executive Officers, their duties will be as follow:
- Secretary of the Local Committee
- Local Chief Executive
- Coordinator of the implementation of Policies and Laws implemented by the Council in the Street.
- Adviser to the Street committee regarding development plans in the Street
- The supervisor who implements the Bylaws as well as other Laws that apply in the Street.
- Adviser to the Street committee on matters of Defense and Security
- The manager of the implementation of various strategies related to the elimination of hunger and poverty in the Street.
- To manage the collection of the Council's income and to keep the records of all taxpayers
- Prepare and maintain a register of all residents of the Street
- He will be responsible to the Ward Executive Officer.
Record Assistant Grade II - 3 Post
Kondo District Council is looking for three Record Assistants Grade II who will perform the following duties
- List incoming correspondence registers in the register (incoming correspondence register)
- Outgoing correspondence register
- Distribute files to Action Officers
- Receiving files for Action Officers
- Receiving files that return to the registry from Executives
- Returning files to racks/filling cabinets or other places where they are stored
- Monitoring the circulation of files within the Institute (file tracking)
Qualification and Experience
To be employed to these jobs you must have graduated from Fourth Form (IV) or Sixth Form (VI) Education with a Diploma (NTA level 6) in the field of Registry from Universities recognized by the Government, with computer skills.
Driver Grade II - 5 Post
Responsibilities will be as follow
- Checking the vehicle before and after the trip to determine the vehicle's safety condition;
- Sending employees to different places on business trips;
- Doing small car repairs;
- Collecting and distributing various documents;
- Filling and keeping information of all trips in the trip book;
- Cleaning the car; and
- To do other work as directed by his Supervisor.
Qualifications and Experience
The applicant must have a Form IV Certificate and a Class E or C driving license that he has worked for at least one year without causing an accident. He must have attended basic Vocational Training (VETA) or another College recognized by the Government.
