Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the ServiceNow platform, including configuration, customization, and administration tasks.
- Design, develop, and implement new features, modules, and functionalities within ServiceNow to enhance business processes and workflows.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyse business needs, and translate them into technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
- Configure and integrate ServiceNow with other third-party applications and systems to ensure seamless data flow and interoperability.
- Perform system upgrades, patches, and enhancements in alignment with industry best practices and company policies.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions to ensure optimal uptime and availability.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams, process workflows, and configuration details.
- Stay abreast of emerging ServiceNow features, capabilities, and best practices, and recommend innovative solutions to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with IT security team to implement and maintain robust security controls,
- Access controls, and compliance standards within the ServiceNow platform
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is required. Additional certifications such as Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) or Certified Application
- developer (CAD) are a plus.
- Extensive knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, modules, and functionalities, including Incident Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, and Reporting.
- Preferably extensive experience with recent ServiceNow releases Experienced in gathering business requirements, developing prototypes to validate, refine requirements and led
- tasks required for implementation and maintenance of ServiceNow applications
- Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes, frameworks, and best practices (ITIL).
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies used for ServiceNow customization and development.
- Experience with integration technologies such as REST, SOAP, and MID Server.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
