We are currently recruiting for an Account Manager - Security Services Key Accounts to join our Transguard Security Services team in our HQ, located in DAFZA, Dubai Airport Freezone.

Scope: The Account Manager - Security Services, is tasked with driving revenue growth within the specific contract management team they are placed in by fostering strategic partnerships with clients in key sectors such as retail and hospitality, communities, banking, education, logistics, freezone, and other relevant industries the Business Unit (BU) is split into.

The Account Manager - Security Services, will play a key role in enhancing, growing, and retaining strategically important customer contracts. They will advise, guide, and monitor operational teams to deliver high-quality services aligned with Transguard's vision and values, exceeding customer expectations. The individual must engage effectively with customers and internal management teams, support Business Development on leads and solutions, contribute technical insights to bids and sales, propose industry-leading security services to clients, and lead and support the operations team with coaching, guidance, and briefing on contractual and operational matters.


Responsibilities:
  • Drive brainstorming session with the team and maintain continuous improvement logs that translate into savings for the company
  • Proactively deep diving into the data to ensure contractual profit kept at par or higher to sold price, exploring saving opportunity to ensure contractual expenses are within the budget and under threshold of sold FS
  • Support and provide strategy for the growth of Transguard Security Services
  • Support the Senior Manager and respective HOD & CSO in the Security Services BU to achieve all budgeting targets and forecasts
  • Actively explores, supports, and develops all organic and any new business development opportunities with all TGSS customers
  • Overall accountability for contracts service delivery and contract performance, quality assurance and KPI achievement
  • Overall accountability for billing, revenue accruals and profit and loss of the contracts
  • Overall responsible for managing client communications with a wider team and meeting contractual SLA and client expectations, responding to client queries and complaints in a timely manner
  • Establishes, maintains, and develops excellent customer, communication and service excellence links and relationships
  • Schedules, confirms, and attends all internal and external meetings for all accounts and contracts
  • Works collectively with all aspects of Security Services to deliver inter-BU service delivery for all required (e.g. Events)
  • Coordinates and controls all operational, support services, and management resources, to meet and exceed all TGSS contract performance objectives and expectations
  • Proactively leads and manages the planning and preparation for all TGSS deployments including manpower and equipment requirements
  • Ensure all regulatory licenses are up to date, managing renewals and coordinating payments. Providing advice as to any operational or commercial impact of changes in regulation
  • Proactively assesses audits, clarifies, and validates all TGSS needs and requirements on a regular basis
  • Operates independently within working parameters set by the Business Unit Director and Senior Manager - TGSS
  • Adhere to all internal processes and procedures and compliance with Group Policies and enforcement of Business Units and Group rules and regulations including fair working environment and Group CSR objective

Selection Criteria
  • Minimum 7 Years experience in the industry in which at least 3 years’ experience in management role
  • Graduate or university Degree and should be able to obtain SIRA Security Manager License
