Responsibilities:
- Manage daily accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Prepare financial statements and reports, including income statements and balance sheets.
- Calculate product costs by analyzing materials, labor, overhead, and other related expenses.
- Collaborate with production and procurement teams to maintain accurate cost data.
- Regularly update product cost information to reflect changes in cost structures.
- Analyze cost data to support pricing decisions.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Familiarity with product costing and pricing strategies.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Zoho Books, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
