Supervisor Fuel Management in Kazakhstan
We are hiring for Supervisor Fuel Management in Kazakhstan on behalf of Air Astana at Astana, Kazakhstan. No fee applicable applying to this job opportunity at Air Astana.RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analysis of the market for aviation fuel supply to aircraft and monitoring of price quotations of fuel operators at foreign stations;
- Organization and improvement of the aviation fuel supply process at the Company's foreign stations within its competence;
- Monitoring the correct use of operators' PLATTS quotes when billing for aviation fuel and monitoring the amount of aviation fuel per gallon per ton at the request of IATA and actual aircraft refueling at foreign stations;
- Drafting and submission of official letters, certificates, presentation; materials, as well as reporting on ongoing projects for management;
- Coordination with the relevant structural divisions of the airline of the planned annual volumes of aviation fuels and lubricants, marketing prices necessary for the full provision of aviation fuel at international stations;
- Development of instructions and regulations for internal use;
- Participation in the development of short-term and long-term budget planning of the department, coordination and approval of the annual volume of jet fuel at foreign stations;
- Conducting negotiations with foreign suppliers in order to agree on volumes, conditions and terms of aviation fuel supply;
- Establish effective relationships with fuel operators at foreign stations;
- Coordinating the work of employees who are directly subordinate.
- Higher legal and/or economic education;
- Previous work experience in the specialty: from 3 years;
- Business writing skills (required);
- Advanced level of using MS Office (Power Point, Excel in particular)
- Language proficiency: Russian - free level, Kazakh, English - not lower than Advanced;
- Management skills.
