Are you passionate about delivering exceptional experiences and solving complex problems? Zid is seeking a Specialist in Merchants Care who excels in providing top-tier support to our merchants, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our platform.

What You’ll Do:

1. Advanced Merchant Communication: Lead interactions with merchants through various channels including email, chat, phone, and face-to-face meetings.
Offer expert advice and comprehensive information on our products, services, policies, and procedures.

2. Complex Issue Resolution:Take charge of intricate problem-solving situations, providing effective and innovative solutions.
Handle high-level merchant issues directly, ensuring they are resolved swiftly and positively.

3. In-Depth Product Knowledge:Develop and maintain an expert-level understanding of Zid’s products and services.
Serve as a knowledgeable resource for team members, ensuring they have the information they need to support merchants effectively.

4. Comprehensive Documentation:Ensure accurate and detailed recording of all merchant interactions in Hubspot, maintaining a clear and complete record of communications and issues.

5. Expert Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve challenging merchant problems, facilitating collaboration between different departments to address and solve complex issues.

6. Enhanced Quality Assurance:Uphold and enhance service standards and protocols, mentoring and training junior staff in best practices and industry standards to ensure a high-quality service experience.

Who You Are:

Experienced Professional:You hold a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, with additional certifications in customer service or related areas preferred. You have extensive experience in customer care with a focus on merchant services.

Exceptional Communicator:Your communication and interpersonal skills are outstanding. You can effectively convey complex information and build strong relationships with merchants.

Advanced Problem-Solver:You possess advanced problem-solving, critical-thinking, and negotiation abilities, enabling you to handle and resolve challenging situations efficiently.

Proficient in CRM Systems:You have high proficiency with CRM systems, preferably Hubspot, and merchant service software, ensuring smooth and effective management of merchant interactions.

Leadership and Mentorship:Demonstrated leadership qualities and experience mentoring others are key to your success. You guide and train junior staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
