Sales Representative (Hardware)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the sales of hardware and building materials, with a deep understanding of the local market and customer needs. Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of hardware and building materials to achieve set targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs.
- Provide excellent customer service and technical support regarding product features and benefits.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and new products in the hardware and building materials industry.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in sales, specifically in the hardware and building materials sector.
- Strong knowledge of the local market and customer base in Dar es Salaam.
- Ability to understand and adapt to market conditions, and develop effective sales strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.
- Must be currently employed or not more than 3 months out of work.
- Age below 35 years.
- An applicant should be based in Dar es Salaam or willing to relocate.
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office and CRM software.
