We are currently recruiting for an Officer-Catering Services to join our Taste of Home team located in Dubai.

Scope: Provides administrative support to the Taste of Homes teams whilst ensuring efficient operation of the office at all times. The position is also responsible for a responding to clients’ and employees’ queries within a timely manner.

Financial
Contributes to CI Log by providing opportunities/initiatives.
Assist in preparing reports and presentations with statistical data for Head of Catering

Customer
Providing administrative support and managing their queries
Provide support to the TOH team on ad-hoc requests
Collaborate with Administrative Executive and Production Manager on maintaining expenses and tracking of budgets

Process
  • Assisting Internal & External new menu creating and costing in back-office system
  • Upload new recipes in saffron and Validate recipes in saffron as per Shop floor
  • Menu upload in saffron and excel for internal and external customers
  • Forecast plan Need to add saffron in 7 days advance for raw material orders
  • Daily production plan needs to add in saffron for store issuance as per FOH Excel
  • Assist in raising PQR/PR/SRF/TRF&SN and GRN processing
  • Labels and Menu Printing
  • Uniforms issuance support
  • Update monthly wastage report
  • Ensure all required office supplies are stocked and place orders as necessary
  • Innovation
  • Identify and implement measures to streamline the processes and duties

Selection Criteria
  • Experience: 2-3 years in Similar Roles
  • Education: Diploma/Degree
  • Technical skills– Microsoft Office
  • Hard skills—Reporting skills
